CSU Writing Contest

Noctua Review, the grad student literary journal at Southern, hosts a CSU-wide contest. They say they are “looking for both poetry and fiction submissions for our contest.  The first prize for Poetry is $200.00 and the first prize for Fiction is $200.00.  Our magazine is published nationally, so first place winners will also be featured in this year’s 2014 issue.”
